What’s in one serve?

Each 6 g serve provides 1,020 mg sodium, 231 mg potassium and 99.8 mg magnesium. The pink Himalayan salt supplies sodium; the potassium and magnesium come from their citrate salts.

How to mix

Add one 6 g scoop to 500–700 mL of water and stir or shake. Choose the amount of water to suit your bottle and taste.

Can I make the pineapple flavour milder?

Yes. Use 700 mL of water instead of 500 mL with the same 6 g scoop. You get a less concentrated pineapple flavour, but the same total amount of electrolytes if you drink the whole bottle.
