Passionfruit Electrolyte Powder – Pink Himalayan Hydration Salts, 200 g

What’s in one serve?

Each 6 g serve provides 1,020 mg sodium, 230 mg potassium and 100 mg magnesium. The pink Himalayan salt supplies sodium; the potassium and magnesium come from their citrate salts.

How to mix

Add one 6 g scoop to 500–700 mL of water and stir or shake. Use 500 mL for a stronger flavour or 700 mL for a lighter drink. Changing the water changes the concentration, not the amount of minerals in the scoop.

What gives it a sweet taste if it is sugar-free?

The sweetness comes from steviol glycosides, a stevia-derived sweetener. Sugar-free does not mean unflavoured: you still get passionfruit flavour, balanced by the salt in the mix.
